Return and Refund Policy for 7Hours Clothing

1. Returns:

  • We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

  • To make a Return, please fill out the Return Formular and Follow the coming steps.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1/2 days.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at info.sevenhoursclo@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.

5. Return Shipping:

  • The Return Shipping is free, after the Products arrived to us we will Refund the Costs of the Products.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Items marked as final sale.

7. Refund Exceptions:
